Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He also serves as Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
